I found out today that ICE was at the hospital where I trained for residency.

I am not ok.

In the 3 years I trained there I’ve seen hundreds upon hundreds of undocumented patients, and to think that any one of them could have been picked up today is absolutely devastating.

There’s not a single person whose life isn’t in some way touched by immigrants.

They’re the farm workers picking your food.
They’re the healthcare workers treating you when you’re sick.
They build, clean, fix & sell everything you use.

Immigrants run this country, & they’re as American as anyone.
