I got some clarifications from @anna.wsocial.eu on this point a while back, who confirmed that once an account is created, it can impersonate whomever it likes, of any age.

And of course, the account can be passed to a bot, fwiw. mu.social/profile/math...

Congrats, America! You've just smeared your ugliness all over the beautiful game as you give your players license to break their opponents' legs with impunity.

OTOH nobody will respect your victories from now on, so you lose even if you win.

Nope, while I was watching England lose to Argentina, you were releasing the basic building block of the future of online collective intelligence. We can, and should, build the European research area with it, augmented with additional curation layers (lab, policy cluster, etc).
