Supreme Court allows military to ban transgender troops while case continues. Just when I as optimistic about SCOTUS, they do this. It’s not on merits but indicates there’s a chance they will ultimate vote that way after it is decided by 9th Circuit and goes back up to SCOTUS. It’s discrimination.

Was just on @joy.msnbc.com talking about how Pres Biden and the Archivist could cement their legacy by publishing the #ERA. It should be our 28thA -- it has met all the requirements of the Constitution with ratification by 38 states. We need ERA to protect against loss of women's rights under Trump.

No state should have to worry about the federal government murdering protestors or destroying evidence and blocking access to facts, but we all gave to recognize the lies and obstruction we see. Worse than #Watergate
