Good news for the rule of law and justice: Pam Bondi's brother overwhelmingly defeated in heated race to lead the D.C. Bar.

The Watergate burglars went on trial 51 years ago, were found guilty & went to jail. Their convictions led to evidence of President Nixon's guilt and that of his top White House and campaign aides. Justice was done. Accountability was had. What a different world we have now. Let's get justice again!

Supreme Court allows military to ban transgender troops while case continues. Just when I as optimistic about SCOTUS, they do this. It’s not on merits but indicates there’s a chance they will ultimate vote that way after it is decided by 9th Circuit and goes back up to SCOTUS. It’s discrimination.

Sex-neutral is OK as long as the physical standards set are relevant to the military job being sought. Carrying 100# is necessary for some combat roles but not all — eg, not needed to be a drone operator. I don’t trust this administration to see fair standards. You?
