Just learned a new term I can painfully relate to: Schrödinger’s Fatigue.

It’s that weird state where you’re exhausted but can’t rest. Too tired to be productive, but also too restless to relax. Stuck in a loop of wanting to sleep but overthinking everything instead.

EXACTLY! Choosing to avoid politics does not mean politics will avoid you. Every decision made by those in power will still shape your future, with or without your input.

The most unrealistic part of movies is when people get up in the morning, fully awake, without hitting snooze 5 times.

That is a fair point. Compared to tyranny, democracy is the better option. But Democracy still means living with decisions you may strongly disagree with, and that frustration is real.

Democracy is worth it and the real challenge is how we handle its imperfections while making it work for everyone.
