This is my daughter's favorite book right now. Mother of the year!

I was accused of a man's crime. And in the courtroom and the media I was slutshamed and pitted against another woman, my friend Meredith. On this #internationalwomensday, I'm thankful for all those women (and men) who called out the misogyny when they saw it.

I'm so glad there is no Fifth Element cinematic universe, because that movie is perfect.

You should never be in a room with police for more than an hour. If they read you your Miranda rights, you’re a suspect. Shut it down. Demand a lawyer. This is just some of the advice I got from a retired FBI Special Agent, and two renowned false confessions experts.

I actually did a murder mystery party once, and EVERYONE ACCUSED ME even though I was innocent. I posted about it on Insta, then got shamed by the tabloids for daring to have fun like a normal person.

Never that I'd be crossing my fingers that incompetence saves us from destruction, but here we are...

4 days ago, I was wrongly convicted of slander after police used deception to coerce me. Today, the fight continues. I'm off to Olympia to testify in support of HB1138 to ban police deception. To any lawmakers reading this, I'll be knocking on doors before the hearing. I'd love to speak with you.
