    This decision will have huge consequences for our government and system of checks and balances.

    2.by bringing this case in DC it counteracts the forum shopping by the Trump administration to bring a criminal case against Brennan before Judge Cannon in FLA, and gives Brennan and his counsel another court in which to be heard.
