Prusa and Bondtech need to offer better answers than "IDK maybe we'll give you a few bucks off next time", especially given that many people bought the thing under potentially false pretenses.
Your customers deserve better and you know it.

I'm still excited to receive my Bondtech Core One upgrade, but also very disappointed in their response to the incorrect labeling of the nozzles as hardened when they do not meet the definition.
The correct answer is NOT "give people a discount on hardened nozzles", unless the discount is 100% off.

I guess it's fine if you live in Frisco and want to bring your kids somewhere, but why would anyone fly in, stay in an onsite hotel, and spend a long weekend when it's probably just as expensive to fly to Orlando or LA, and get something that'll excite more people in your party?

The Texas Universal Kids resort isn't "made for you", the adult theme park fan. But I'm really not sure if making something that doesn't appeal to half the audience who'll be going there and possibly not even the kids in its name and mission statement is a great idea either.

Bowling like absolute poo today haven't even broken 100 😭
