lol twitter continues to steal ideas from bluesky, you can now add different feeds to your timeline. As with most features they steal, its worse than here as you cannot have custom feeds.

It is nice to be able to just see art without bullshit though to keep up with artists that dont post elsewhere.

Not to get all reddit atheist but its a concerning parallel to religion the way people get funneled into adhering to nebulous dogma via social media. Its been said before but people like zuck get to effectively be mortal gods reshaping the world in their image. We need a social media iconoclasm.

I really need to do more of these kinds of studies from life. Its such a different experience over working from photos. So many colors you can see with your real eyeballs in life that are lost in photography

It’s very common these days of course. Both final fantasy and yugioh would be doing this regularly in the 90s and obviously monster hunter would push the idea further in 2004. It was just way less common 40 years ago.

I actually wonder if it would make the platforms better or worse if they released like algo patch notes. You'd get a lot of people aggressively trend chasing as you still do but you might get more interesting things happening from people actively doing the opposite of the what the algogod demands.
