Today we beat Stephen Miller’s lawsuit mill in court!
For 3 years I’ve been a defendant in a case filed by America First Legal on behalf of Gateway Pundit & a random antivaxxer we’d never heard of until she sued us.
The plaintiffs claimed we “censored” them. It was a lie.

Stanford fought the lawsuit, which I’m grateful for. Our legal team was incredible.
But the university still shut Stanford Internet Observatory down bc they didn’t want to deal w/political pressure.

The “Censorship Industrial Complex” was a hoax perpetuated by Matt Taibbi, Jim Jordan, Michael Shellenberger, Mike Benz, & Musk. The election deniers & their puppet media came for us bc they didn’t like our speech. They were mad ab our election work. Facts inconvenienced them.

The judge in this case, Terry Doughty, was the Murthy v Missouri judge. He made up a fake quote & attributed it to me in a dramatic opinion in that case on July 4th 2023.

I wrote ab July 4 three years ago when a judge made up a quote & attributed it to me — said I said we’d done our work to “get around the 1st Amendment”. I couldn’t respond then bc AFL had just sued us in front of that judge.
This year he’s just dismissed our case.

I had United Healthcare for 1 unfortunate year & am still fighting a bill they sent for a 15 min colonoscopy prep call that went for 5 min & that I didn’t want to be on in the first place. It was “mandatory”, I acquiesced, then they said it didn’t fall under “everything covered preventative care”.

Before the Court is a Renewed Joint Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject
Matter and Personal Jurisdiction [Doc. No. 191] filed by Defendants, Alex Stamos,
Renée DiResta, the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, the
Leland Stanford Junior University, Kate Starbird, Graphika, Camille François, the
Atlantic Council, and Graham Brookie (collectively, "Defendants"). Plaintiffs, Jill Hines ("Hines") and Jim Hoft ("Hoft") (collectively, "Plaintiffs"), filed an Opposition
[Doc. No. 207]. Defendants then filed a Reply [Doc. No. 209].
For the reasons set forth, Defendants' Motion is GRANTED.

This case is before the Court on limited remand to determine jurisdiction.
