Imposter syndrome is real -
advocating for others when I can’t seem to advocate for my own.
I’ve recently been diagnosed with heart disease, but can’t afford more tests/scans, and I’m also caring for my beloved dad (dementia).

So here I am, humbly asking for help. 🙏🏽

These waivers provide therapies, specialists, meds, etc, we couldn’t afford otherwise.

*The waiver also provided my job as Critter’s home healthcare attendant.

We’ve had one Medicaid Appeal, now waiting on a second.

The financial and emotional toll has been devastating.

Reinstatement appears to be on the horizon, but without knowing a “horizon date,” and going so long without a paycheck, our savings are now depleted.
My (ret.) husband even decided to take Social Security early due to our situation, but it’s not much.
