Just visited with Liam and his father at Dilley detention center. I demanded his release and told him how much his family, his school, and our country loves him and is praying for him.

An ICE agent shot and killed Ruben Ray Martinez, a US citizen and San Antonio resident, in March 2025. Then ICE and the Texas Department of Public Safety covered it up. He was 23 years old. I am calling for a full investigation into this shooting, including why there was an 8-month cover up.

It’s clear the President has continued to decline and is not fit to lead. The members of his Cabinet must invoke the 25th Amendment immediately.

Two-year-old Kaleth is being locked away at the Dilley trailer prison. He is getting sicker with each passing day. He will not eat the food CoreCivc serves, which detainees have said sometimes has mold and worms. He now has a fever.

For a GOP president—after the Iraq War—to say outright that invading Venezuela is all about oil is wild. But it is. It’s also about corruption, power, graft, and land. And we should take him at his word.

To unnecessarily deport a sick baby and his entire family is heinous. My staff and I are in contact with Juan’s family.

Juan Orlando Hernandez was convicted by a jury of conspiring to traffic 400 tons of cocaine into the United States.

For months Governor Abbott secretly deployed the Texas National Guard into ICE detention facilities, even forcing them to work in the detention center that imprisoned Liam Ramos and a two month old baby.

Wendy Vega Lores dreams of becoming a pediatrician. She finished high school in two years and began intensive prep to become a doctor.

She has a pending asylum case. On her 19th birthday, ICE detained her anyway. She has been locked away for 10 months.

Lorenzo Salgado Araujo's last words were "me están matando"—they are killing me.

The State Department has officially terminated hundreds of Foreign Service Officers who are qualified, trained, and have years of experience.

The Dilley detention center should be shut down immediately. Because of the close-quarter conditions at Dilley, lack of prompt medical response and capacity, and lack of expertise with diseases such as measles, Dilley is not equipped to combat any spread.

Unconstitutional deportations, a tanking economy, attacks on the most vulnerable, abuse of due process, and a rise in authoritarianism does not mean "America is back."
