Bondi reading from formatted lines on paper in answering a question to Sen Whitehouse about whether Tom Homan kept the 50k is quite telling…to say the least

These survivors and their family members are stronger and more courageous and better at speaking publicly than the overwhelming majority of people in public office. This is so incredibly powerful.

It is incredibly rare and courageous for a career official to resign and speak out. Michael Feinberg was an FBI official until last week. He joins me tonight. Lots of qs. And he wrote this eye popping piece about what happened: www.lawfaremedia.org/article/good...

The backdrop of speech tonight is Trump’s top advisor just eviscerated him and his agenda on the record, lowest approval ratings on the economy of his presidency, jack smith is destroying him today, House Rs just signed a discharge petition on healthcare and the epstein files are due tomorrow

Even as we are all wading through a massive fire hose of news….and figuring out what matters and what doesn’t…the takeover of the treasury dept payment system by Musk posse is one we should pay attention to.

Not to be lost in the news of the 90 day freeze…is the fact that Mike Johnson and House Republicans voted to take away their own power (which Congress has) in the future to stop Trump from putting in place crazy tariffs in the future. This is the 2nd time this year they have done this.

Ok moms and dads. This one is rage inducing. Mike Johnson shut the floor down for a week to prevent a bill that would have allowed proxy voting for new parents in congress (meaning when a parent is on leave with a newborn a colleague can cast the vote for them)

Chaotic and cruel Friday today. Really hard to watch that video of a 16 year old being slammed to the ground by ICE agents, Newark mayor arrested (had every right to be there) Stephen Miller musing about gets g rid of habeas corpus. We will talk about all of it at 9pm.

This is a part of the “big beautiful bill” that has not received nearly enough attention. The ACA enhanced premium tax credits have lowered the cost of healthcare for millions. These will expire this year and this bill does not extend them. Here is more www.americanprogress.org/article/5-wa...
