    A teenage boy was walking home in Minneapolis yesterday when four masked men jumped out of a van & questioned him - with no parent or guardian present. He was bundled into the van & taken away.     Trying to understand: the Constitution gives Congress the power to impose tariffs. The President imposes tariffs without Congress. Congress passes a law rescinding his tariffs. The President then vetos that law. Seems like something’s wrong here.
