No USAtty would have charged this case given the underlying facts. After a 5 year investigation the facts as discovered only made that clear

Had his name been Joe Smith the resolution would have been - fundamentally and more fairly - a declination

Pardon warranted

Now is not the time for acceptance and resignation. This is - yet again - a time for commitment and action.

Do not say you’re weary - before the battle has been joined. Simply unacceptable.

Bovino is not leaving Minneapolis cause he wants to. Not cause Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem, Vance or Trump want him to go.

He’s leaving because the extraordinary “ordinary” citizens of that great city - by peacefully protesting en masse - kicked him out.

Lesson to be learned. We have power.

Florida– there are two critically important special elections coming up on April 1st that could bring some sense of balance, some sanity back to Congress. Vote for Gay Valimont (FL-01) & Josh Weil (FL-06). We need these two voices of reason in the US House. We’re one week away. Make a plan to vote.

Time to vote - no excuses. If you want democracy you have to DO democracy.

I join the nation in mourning the loss of President Jimmy Carter. His lifelong dedication to public service, from the U.S. Navy to the White House to Habitat for Humanity to the Carter Center, was the outward manifestation of his kind, committed and honorable soul.

It’s the hardest place to vote because Republicans have put impediments in place based on totally bogus vote fraud concerns - that they just make up

The courts have become complicit in this effort

What we’re seeing in Texas now is a disgrace

Gaetz was a very obviously unqualified, even dangerous, nominee. Absurd. Ridiculous.

What does that say about the person/the people who put his name forward or ever supported him to become Attorney General of the United States?

We’re entitled to know - what was the basis for your support?

Let’s be very clear here. North Carolina Republicans are trying to:

*steal
*cheat
*disenfranchise
*lie

their way to a state Supreme Court seat they lost at the ballot box.

Stay focused on this; oppose their shameful actions and protect democracy.

Kash Patel’s claim that he was a significant player in the Benghazi operation is simply not true. I was there. He was not.

Vote FOR Susan Crawford for Supreme Court.

Vote “NO” on the Constitutional amendment. It’s unnecessary - Wisconsin already has a very strict voter ID.

Ask yourself a vastly more important question. Do you really think Kash Patel is qualified to lead the world’s preeminent law enforcement investigative organization? Obvious answer: hell no.

I’m tired of the word “billionaire”.

And even more tired of them.

And tired of the increasingly accepted notion that they have some special skills or insights because they know how to legitimately/illegitimately accumulate money.

They ain’t all that.

The material need NOT be “classified” for criminal liability to attach (but hard legal standard to meet - “gross negligence”)

Further investigation to see, among other things, if this method had been used before is necessary

And the likelihood that this material is, in fact, classified is great

Bob was more than a colleague to me. He was a friend. I hope that Bob Mueller‘s family is comforted on this sad day by the pride that those of us who served with him all feel.

We were all fortunate to work with this great American. Bob made the nation better.
