there’s been a lot i’ve enjoyed about freelancing the last few years (and lots of which i’m very proud! it isn’t easy!) but i won’t lie and say it’s not nice to have a regular paycheck and an institution behind me once more.

a lot of past ink about whether nolan is conservative or not. i think this movie makes a pretty strong case for it, but he is sorta saying “not that kind. let’s go back to values and decency.”
