So to sum up the Wisconsin arrest issue:

ICE didn't have a juridical warrant. They only had an administrative warrant.

The DOJ has not convened a grand jury to indict the judge. They only got a criminal complaint before a magistrate judge.

Headed to court this morning with the Legal Dream Team, including @normeisen.bsky.social and @markzaidesq.bsky.social, to stop the WH from collecting the identities of FBI officials who did work on the J6 cases. These officials did their jobs. They fulfilled lawful orders.

They deserve privacy.

The president had a chance to be a leader. To console the nation. To lower the temperature.

I have read the Bolton indictment. I am thoroughly unimpressed by these allegations. If this manages to make it to trial and a conviction, DOJ just opened a Pandora’s Box for future Administrations to go all out after all senior officials’ handwritten notes every time there is a change in power.

Corporate media has truly failed us. Obsessed with access and focused on nothing more than their monetary perks and book deals, they'll happily slow walk us into the dismantling of the Republic if it means they still get Oval Office exclusives.
