Blanche is wrong. The Constitution DOES protect non-citizens. The 5th and the 14th offer protections to "persons" rather than citizens, thus non-citizens have basic rights like equal rights and due process. Where did this guy go to law school? And none of the DEM lawyers caught him?

Totally correct. At a minimum, Data Centers must be required to supply ALL their own utility services and PAY FOR THEM. They must have zero impact on the community...and they can only build where the local community says YES. The alternative is unacceptable. (And I have been a techie since birth.)
